Blackberry Ginger Cocktail

It’s been awhile since I’ve posted a cocktail recipe. I’ve been visiting my best friend and her adorable family this past week and it was the perfect opportunity to whip up a refreshing adult beverage to share with some of the best people I know! There was no premeditated thought that went into this drink, we simply used what she had on hand in her kitchen and the results were fantastic!

Vegan Interrogated: Whitney from Eco-Vegan Gal

Last April my friend Nixx sent me a link to ecovegangal.com and Whitney’s call for interns. I figured “why not?” and sent in my application. Review: Neat Foods Mexican Mix – Street Tacos

Vegans and vegetarians have it made nowadays being that there is no shortage of meat alternatives. The most recent I’ve tried is Neat. I was sent samples of their three varieties: Original, Italian and Mexican. What’s great about Neat is it’s soy free and gluten free, made only with nuts, whole grain oats and spices! Perfect for those who want an alternative to soy-laden, overly processed products!
