My First Juice Cleanse

A lot of people assume that being vegan automatically means you’re super healthy. Myth. There is plenty of junk food and processed vegan food in the world and unfortunately I’ve been eating way too much of it recently. Sometimes I like to eat my feelings and over the past couple months I’ve needed to eat my feelings…a lot. But enough was enough and something needed to change.

I decided to cleanse my system and jumpstart a more healthy eating routine with a 3 day juice cleanse. I asked around for juice suggestions and a few people recommended Pressed Juicery so I ordered their 3 day starter cleanse which was delivered right to my front door (I said I was going to try to eat better, not become less lazy – we’ll save that battle for another time!) Here’s how it went:

    Good job on the video! I liked the day by day check-in. Like you, I am no fun to be around when I’m hungry. So I’ve never done a juice cleanse, but I love freshly squeezed juices. It was really interesting to see your process.

    I’m always having a weak spot for certain junk foods, but I’ve never tried a juice cleanse before. I love the video review you did; you can really start seeing a difference by day 3 already. 🙂
